My Roadster has been in the Tesla Syosset Service Center for at least 30 months since i took ownership in October of 2013. Initial battery issues (resolved with refurbishment), water entry and resultant short circuit issues (resolved by not driving in wet conditions), battery overheating and resultant reduction in power (resolved by replacing faulty fan blowers and control units), high voltage fuse replacement, and current PEM malfunction resulting in inability to charge the battery. LOL!
